EZR Vend is a family run business that was established in 1997,
and has grown consistently over the years from a fleet of 10 machines
to an organisation that currently looks after over 200 customers.
Many of these customers have been with EZR Vend for many years (some
have been with us from day one) because of the reliability of service
that EZR Vend offers.
EZR Vend operates all over Western Sydney. This ensures that we
are never far away from you, should any of the machines need servicing.
Over the last 4 years EZR Vend has started importing Japanese
vending machines into Australia, so servicing and maintenance is
not a problem, as we are specialists in the maintenance of these
machines, and carry an extensive range of parts for them.
EZR Vend has chosen to use Japanese machines for their reliability
and technology. These machines use very little power, and can be
programmed to suit their environment. For example, the lights on
the machine can be programmed to turn on at a certain time, and
go off automatically at a different time. This means that they do
not attract attention to themselves during the night. This lowers
the risk of vandalism and theft, which usually leads to the machine
being out of commission, denying your customers access to drinks.
The machines also monitor the sales of all products in the machine.
We ensure the correct products are in the machine by removing slow
sellers, and replacing them with more popular products. This means
your people will have the drinks they want at all times.
These machines are the most space efficient machines on the market.
They hold the maximum number of drinks for the usable floor space.
They are also very attractive, and suit any environment. They will
enhance the appearance of the area they are placed in, so they will
compliment the already professional look of your workplace.

One of the strategies that EZR Vend adopted from beginning of operation
is to have the product range driven by market demand – give
the customer what they want. Therefore, we can offer your business
the largest selection of products currently offered by any vendor.
Because EZR Vend are independent operators, we can offer you any
mix of products in the vending machines. For example, we can put
Coca Cola and Pepsi and Schweppes and Golden Circle products into
the same machine. This ensures your customers, both internal and
external, are getting the products they want.

Delivery
EZR Vend has adopted a policy from day 1 of operations to visit
all sites on a regular basis – usually once a week. In keeping
with this, EZR Vend will visit your business at least once a week
to restock the machines. This ensures the machines do not run out
of drinks, so the customers will always have access to a drink.
This regular visitation, usually by the same delivery driver ensures
a relationship is built with the client. This affords our customers
the opportunity to ask for flavour changes, if tastes or dietary
needs change. The drivers usually carry sufficient stock to be able
to swap flavours immediately.
This also allows for the refund of monies in quick time, should
someone have lost some change in the machine. Unlike some of our
competitors, all our drivers have access to the money boxes in the
vending machines and can square up any discrepancies on the spot.

Servicing and Maintenance Guarantee
As mentioned earlier in this proposal, EZR Vend import most of the
machines we use on site. The reason for this is EZR Vend has an
intimate knowledge of the workings of these machines. We have chosen
Japanese machines because of their reliability and multi-functional
capability through state of the art technology.
All of the EZR Vend drivers are trained to deal with “level
1” problems that the machines may experience, so this allows
them to minimise downtime for your customers. Should the problem
be more complex, the proprietors of EZR Vend have been trained by
experienced Japanese technicians in Malaysia and the problem will
be passed up to the proprietors for repair.
EZR Vend also has an extensive list of technicians they can call
on to fix the more complex problems like refrigeration re-gassing
and such.
EZR Vend drivers also have instructions to keep the machines clean
and tidy to appeal to any potential customers. Cleanliness of the
machines will guarantee better sales from your internal and external
customers.
EZR Vend also guarantee their service to their customers. The guarantee
(see appendix for a copy of the Guarantee) states that, if there
is a problem with any of the machines, EZR Vend will respond to
the problem within 24 hours, or EZR Vend will supply the customer
with a free case of drinks.
In short, your people will rarely, if ever, be without a drink
from a clean machine.
Insurance
EZR Vend comprehensively insure all their machines, so there is
no risk or added expense to your business.
Association membership
 EZR
Vend has been a Member of IVMOA (Independent Vending Machine Operators
of Australia) for a number of years. The criteria for entry to this
organisation is quite stringent, so this gives peace of mind to
you that you are dealing with a long-standing serious operator,
not a part-time “fly by night” operation.
